The checklist is a useful tool to identify unsafe conditions and work practices that are likely to cause injuries. Major areas included in the checklist are: - Prevention of Back Injuries; - Ergonomics; - Housekeeping/Fall Prevention; Machine Safety; - Fire Safety; Personal Protective Equipment; - Ladder Safety; - Electrical Safety; - Chemical Safety; and - First Aid.
