How to Contribute Your Knowledge to the BOK

While many resources have been added to the ASSE Body of Knowledge, the real value of this project comes from ASSE members and other SH&E professionals who want to share what they have learned throughout their careers. The experiences and insights gained from decades on the job, can only be found in the shared wisdom of like-minded individuals who genuinely care for the safety and well-being of others. Safety and Health professionals are these individuals. As one of these vital chosen few, you owe it to yourself to contribute to profession and share so that others may learn from your unique and valuable expertise.

What is the BOK?

The Body of Knowledge project is dedicated to creating a living reference that represents the collective knowledge of the Safety, Health and Environmental profession. While the preliminary work has begun, there is still more to do. The purpose of this website is to introduce subject areas that will eventually be part of the Body of Knowledge, and to gather feedback on the future direction, and ongoing assessment of what needs to be completed.
