MSHA Cites Its Deficiencies - Claims No Contribution to UBB Accident


Summary: The long-awaited internal review was released on March 6, 2012, following a briefing with victims’ families. MSHA policy requires such reviews after major catastrophes. This article is based on a review of the report’s executive summary.
