New GHS Rule for IH Professionals
On March 26, 2012, OSHA published the final rule modifying its 26-year-old hazard communication standard (HCS) in order to incorporate many of the “building blocks” of the international Global Harmonization System (GHS), the system of chemical warnings that had its genesis at the 1992 Rio Earth Summit.
